re-enrolment

Over the last number of years, we have been finding it increasingly difficult to get reliable information prior to the summer holidays as to whether or not students intend to return to classes in September. This leads to significant delays in facilitating changes for existing customers, and in filling vacancies with new customers.

In order to address this issue, we have introduced a new enrolment procedure (detailed below).

Please note that this applies to students taking individual instrumental / vocal tuition only.
  1. In order to guarantee your place in September, it is now necessary to return a re-enrolment form (enclosed), together with a non-refundable deposit of €30 per class. This will be deducted from your invoice in August.
  2. If you do not intend to return in September, this must be indicated on the re-enrolment form and returned, otherwise classes will be charged.
  3. Your class may be subject to cancellation if we do not receive your form, should a request for your class time be received from another student.
  4. Requests for changes of class time / day / teacher etc. must now be received in writing on the appropriate form. This form is available on the Newpark Music Centre website (www.newparkmusic.com) or from the office.
The deadline for the receipt of all forms and deposits is 1st July 2011.
