Are the tuition fees higher for Non-EU students?more
No. We are pleased to be able to offer the same fee structure to international students as to their Irish classmates.
I will be unable to travel to the audition in Dublin, what can I do?
Applicants from other countries, or those who are unable to be physically present during the audition period may apply by providing a DVD recording of their playing, and demonstrate conclusive evidence of musical proficiency. A brief telephone interview may also be held.
What is the cost of living in Dublin?

What are the English language requirements?
For applicants whose first language is not English, the minimum English language requirement for entry to the programme is IELTS Academic score 6.0 (or equivalent). Please note that both Newpark Music Centre and the Irish Immigration Service no longer accept TOEFL – we recommend that students take IELTS. All certificates must have been issued within 2 years of the course start date.
Do you have student residences. How will I find somewhere to live?
We do not have student residences. Some of our students find shared accommodation together, while others rent privately. One of the most popular websites for rented accommodation is Daft

How do I open a bank account in Ireland?
We will provide a letter for you to take to our local bank branch (see map
). You should then request a bank statement to be posted to you to use as proof of address.
How do I get a PPS Number?
You will need to go to the PPS registration office which is at 20 King's Inn St., Dublin 1 (see map
). You will need your passport and bank statement as proof of identity and address. Your PPS number will be posted to you once your application has been processed.
